Cancellation Policy

You must cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of appointment. If you are late by 15 minutes or more, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you no call/no show your appointment, you will not be scheduled with me in the future(at my discretion). You will be charged 100% of your service for no call/no shows and late cancelations. *There are no refunds under any circumstances. Any lash fixes needed within 7 days of service(for lashes only) can be fixed at no charge. Anything after 7 days of lash appointment will be possible with a fill charge. Any nail fixes needed within 14 days of nail service(nail services only) can be fixed at no charge. Any nail fixes needed after 14 days are possible with nail fix or fill charge.
